Job Description:

Responsible for managing and organizing candidates' required documents for visa processing ensuring documents are accurately recorded, stored, and easily accessible. Additionally, they are responsible for updating project-wise database management in Excel sheets to accurately reflect the processing status.

 

Required Skills

  • Document & Database Management
  • Proven experience as a document controller or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
