Job Overview:
The Truck Driver/Heavy Driver operates large trucks and heavy-duty vehicles to transport goods and materials safely to designated locations. This role involves ensuring timely deliveries, vehicle inspections, and compliance with traffic and safety regulations. Drivers may also load and unload cargo as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate trucks, including flatbeds and dump trucks.
Transport goods and materials while following road safety regulations.
Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance before, during, and after trips.
Securely load, unload, and deliver cargo.
Plan efficient routes and adjust for traffic/weather.
